Here you will find answers to the most common questions we receive regarding our mailbox signs and other products.
I need to order several signs for a housing association/condominium. Do you offer a quantity discount?
Yes, we offer discounts when ordering multiple signs. Send an email to post@vestgravering.no for a non-binding quote. Please include the number of signs and the design you want. Feel free to add text to each sign, and we will send you a preview of all the signs.
The preview of the purchase is not quite as desired - Can I adjust this?
The preview we use for our mailbox signs and some other products has some limitations. For example, it can be difficult to make minor adjustments. If you add the product to your cart, you will be given the option to download an image file with a preview of the product. Please send us this image and a short description of what adjustments you would like - and we will arrange it manually so that you get the product you want.

How long can I expect delivery time?
Each product we deliver is different, but we aim to produce and ship the product no later than 2 days after delivery. As a rule, the goods will arrive at your location 2-4 days later, but this will vary slightly depending on where in Norway you live.
Can you customize the size or shape of the product?
Since we manufacture most of the products we offer ourselves, they can easily be adapted to your needs. The size and shape of our self-adhesive mailbox signs can be easily adjusted, but will incur an additional cost.
I have received an item with damage or other defects - what now?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will find an acceptable solution. We ask that you take pictures of the damage so that we can assess whether the product can be repaired. For us, satisfied customers are important, so we will go to great lengths to ensure that you are satisfied. Costs related to repair or replacement are covered in full by Vest Gravering.
How long do I have the right to cancel?
You can freely cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item.
Can I make changes to my order after payment?
To make changes to your order after payment, you must contact us by email: post@vestgravering.no. We ask that you do this as soon as possible so that we can make the change for you.
Can I pick up the item myself at your workshop?
You can pick up the item from us, but we ask that you arrange a time in advance.
